Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Products
We only offer replacements for products that arrive damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must:
    •    Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
    •    Provide clear photo/video evidence of the issue, including the packaging.
    •    Return the defective item (if required) for verification before a replacement is sent.
Lost or Stolen Packages
    •    Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
    •    If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact your local USPS or carrier to resolve the issue.
    •    We do not issue refunds for missing packages marked as delivered.
Incorrect Address Policy
    •    Orders placed with an incorrect or incomplete address are the customer’s responsibility.
    •    If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer must pay a reshipment fee.
Chargeback Policy
Filing a chargeback for a valid transaction is considered fraud. We report fraudulent chargebacks and submit:
    •    Order confirmation details
    •    Tracking information showing delivery
    •    Proof of usage (if available)
    •    Customer communication records
Customers who file fraudulent chargebacks will be permanently banned from making future purchases.
